Originally built in 1955 and carefully updated over the years, the main residence combines complementary, contemporary touches with many of the vintage styling details still intact. Upon entering the 6,000 SqFt main residence, the open-plan, great room featuring a 9' fireplace, creates an indoor-outdoor connection with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders. The generous kitchen is a chef's dream, updated with modern appliances and ample storage. Connected to the kitchen is an expansive laundry and utility room, as well as a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom maid's quarters.

The master bedroom suite is spacious with a large shower and features walk-in, his & her cedar-lined closets. The patio off the master bedroom looks over Enchanted Rock, groomed grounds, and a beautiful cascading fountain pond. There are two additional private bedrooms with full bathrooms in the main residence. The middle bedroom has direct access to the back patio and the end bedroom has direct access to the pool area. The bunk house, encompassing 1,325 SqFt, sits across the courtyard and pool area from the main residence. These comfortable quarters feature 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, a large living area, and a retro mini-kitchen. There is also a private, secluded guest villa that has 1 large bedroom, a full bathroom, a large, cedar-lined closet, and a retro mini-kitchen. This charming suite has direct access to the pool area via an attractive wooden walkway.

The centerpiece of this elegant property is the courtyard and pool area which is surrounded by the main residence, bunk house, and guest villa. The outdoor living areas seamlessly integrate with the interiors. The pool has a maximum depth of 10' and has a surface area of approximately 1,250 SqFt. At the heart of this gorgeous property, is a 6,320 SqFt luxury barn completed in 2017, affectionately known as The Station. This multi-purpose structure is used by the owners as an entertaining venue and a climate-controlled storage facility for their classic car collection. Nostalgically themed as small-town America, the spacious showroom is well-suited for large parties, events, or storing any number of large objects that require a climate-controlled environment.

Off the main floor, there is a hot rod shop and 1950's style filling station, a comfortable office, a lighted performance stage, a beauty shop with full bathroom, a fully equipped gym, a locker room with full bathroom, and a full kitchen with modern appliances. The upstairs component of The Station houses a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom guest quarters. There is also a cozy 560 SqFt guest casita that sits adjacent to The Station. The guest casita has a comfortable living area, a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a small kitchen area.

The 32.18 acre ranch is located 16 miles N of Fredericksburg and 2 miles S of Enchanted Rock, along the east line of RR 965 in Gillespie County. The ranch has approximately 1,055’ of frontage along RR 965. The property conveniently sits 43 miles SW of Horseshoe Bay, 86 miles N of San Antonio, and 90 miles W of Austin.

There is a 5-car garage totaling 1,525 SqFt, as well as an 8,300 SqFt permeable-paver parking area. The back of the property has a good network of red granite gravel roads which can also be used as scenic hiking trails. Located in the SE quad of the property and away from the main residence, is a 50’x30’ (1,500 SqFt) metal storage barn with three roll-up doors and extensive, heavy-duty wood framed shelving. There is a 10’x10’ metal well house nearby that houses a 5,000-gallon water storage tank. Finally, a 14’x8’ micro-cabin that sits behind the well house can be used as dry storage or even an extra bedroom when needed.

Water is supplied by a 150 GPM drilled in the 1950s (no well report available), which is pumped, then stored in a 30,000-gallon underground cistern that sits underneath the back patio of the main residence. A new water well, located in the same vicinity was drilled in June 2016. The well was drilled to a depth of 300’, hitting water at 72’ with a yield of 60 GPM. This well is capped and not in use.
